Where is your jewelry made?

  All my jewelry is assembled in my workshop in La Crosse, Wisconsin and shipped from there.  The gemstones come from around the world with an emphasis on ethical mining.

 

Can you create a custom piece of jewelry for me?

  I’m sorry, at this time, I am unable to accept custom work requests.  If you have a gemstone suggestion, please contact me so that I can consider using it in a future collection.

 

How do I care for my jewelry?

  Gemstones can be delicate.  Only use the polishing cloth sent with your jewelry and don’t expose to heat or water.

 

Do you ship to my country?

  At this time, I only ship to the US and associated territories.

 

When will my order ship?

  Items purchased on our website ship within 2 days. Most items are available for immediate shipment. Please contact me if you need an item delivered by a specific date. We are always happy to accommodate rush orders if possible.

 

How is my order shipped?

 Orders are shipped US Postal Service First Class Mail. Upgrades to 2-3 day Priority Mail Express is available for an additional charge. I am happy to expedite orders for you if possible, please contact me prior to ordering if you need your order by a certain date. Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee delivery date.

 

How much is shipping?

 Shipping is $6.99 for orders up to $99.00.  Orders over that are free with signature confirmation.

How long does shipping take?

  Once your order is shipped, you should receive it in 3-5 business days. Your tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped so that you can track your parcel.

 

What if I don’t like my item?

  We have a full satisfaction guarantee on all jewelry stock items. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges (either way) are not refunded.

 

How do I return/ exchange an item?

  Please contact me within 7 days of the receipt of your item if you need to return or exchange it. I am not responsible for lost packages.

 

How long does it take to receive a refund?

  As soon as we receive a returned item, I will contact you to let you know I got it. All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receipt.
